Tussle — Terms of Use
Tussle is a mini game party app made by an individual developer, Ziroo, based in Türkiye ("we"). By using the app or its website you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use Tussle.
Your content
Nicknames, room names, chat messages and profile photos are content you add. You stay its owner and you are responsible for it. You let us store it and show it to the members of your rooms so the game can work.
What is not allowed
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post or send:
- hate speech, or attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability;
- harassment, bullying, threats, or encouragement of violence or self-harm;
- sexual content or nudity, and never anything sexual involving a minor;
- graphic violence, or anything illegal;
- spam, scams, or other people's private information;
- content that pretends to be someone else.
Filtering, reporting and blocking
- A filter masks objectionable words in chat and refuses them in nicknames and room names. It is not perfect, and being missed by it does not make something allowed.
- Press and hold a chat message to report it or to block its author. A blocked player's messages disappear from your chat.
- You can report a profile photo from the player's profile.
- A room's host can remove a member from the room.

What we do about it
We review reports as soon as we can. If something breaks these rules we remove it, and we may suspend or close the account behind it, without notice. A suspended account cannot post in chat or upload a photo. We can act on content we find ourselves, not only on reports.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, under their terms. Refunds follow their rules.
The service
Tussle is offered as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can change or stop features, or the whole service, at any time. You can delete your account in the app at any time: Settings, Account, Delete my account.
